The Youth Talent Project

We are supporting young people aged 16-24 into an Apprenticeship, Traineeship, or Employment, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund

The Youth Talent Project

The Youth Talent Project forms part of the wider London Enterprise Panels Strategy which helps young people into employment. The project was developed to respond to the needs of the 25% of young Londoners who are not engaged in employment or training, at this time.

There are several strands to the Youth Talent Project:
  • A research project to identify barriers to employment of young people
  • Work experience and internships for young people age 15-24
  • Getting young people into apprenticeships and jobs

Offering a step into work can make a significant difference to the life chances for a young person.  Apprenticeships offer benefits to both the employer and the recruit.

If you can help with one, or more, of the strands we would love to hear from you.
